First opened in 1916, CMA is renowned for the quality and breadth of its collection, which includes more than 63,000 works of art spanning 6,000 years of achievement.

The program also includes lunch at Provenance, the museum’s contemporary restaurant and lounge. Provenance features locally sourced and globally inspired cuisine that complements current museum exhibitions.

After lunch, travel back in time to 1940 with a tour of Ralphie’s house made famous in the 1983 film, A Christmas Story. In the museum, you’ll find original props, costumes and memorabilia from the film, as well as behind-the-scenes photos. Among the props and costumes are the toys from the Higbee’s window, Randy’s snowsuit, the chalkboard from Miss Shields’ classroom and the family car.
